I'm an Enterprise Architect focused on Cloud & DevOps, with 15+ years designing and leading enterprise systems. I help teams modernise onto the cloud, stand up production-grade DevOps & GitOps pipelines, and bring spend and security under control through pragmatic FinOps & SecOps. I've served as Director of Engineering at a US fintech (owning architecture, delivery and the engineering operating model) and as CTO of a US-based technology startup, where I built and led its engineering team out of Nepal.
Along the way I've led multi-geo programmes with distributed teams across the US, Europe, the Middle East and South Asia, and mentored and trained thousands of engineers. I'm also a competent Java & Python architect, and at heart I care about simple, observable, cost-aware systems that teams can run with confidence.
